- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Yourequitenice.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damaged/Lost Orders
- If your product has been damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@yourequitenice.com
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- International Shipping
- We currently ship worldwide/select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders vary.
- Returns Policy
- If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund and instructions on how to return it. You may be liable for the cost of the return.
- Cancellation Policy
- You are able to cancel your order by 12am the same day of ordering without paying a cancellation fee, any orders after 12am of the day of order may be subject to a cancellation fee which will be no more than 50% of the original order. We will do our best to limit any cancellation fees.
